The Founder & Executive Director
Ariel White is a Chicago native, devoted wife to Jonathan, and proud mom to Layla, Ethan, and Caleb. With a background in education, she once traded her chalkboard for a KitchenAid and built a thriving cupcake business, but her greatest calling was still unfolding.
Purpose Pushing Moms was born from a deeply personal moment. Before becoming a mother, Ariel carried a quiet fear that she might lose herself after having children. She had seen it happen to women around her, and she didn’t want her story to end the same way. So she brought that fear to God, and His response changed everything: Why not become the solution?
Soon after giving birth to her first child, Layla, Ariel also gave birth to a vision, Boss Mom Life, a community created to help moms pursue purpose without losing themselves. As motherhood reshaped her life, God expanded that vision even further, and Boss Mom Life evolved into Purpose Pushing Moms.
Today, as a speaker, leader, and mentor, Ariel inspires moms to embrace their calling, walk in authority, and build lives, businesses, and platforms rooted in faith, purpose, and impact.
